How we work
Every visit starts the same way: the door comes off the opener and gets lifted by hand. A balanced door stops where you leave it, roughly waist high. If it drops, the spring has lost tension; if it will not move, the spring is broken or a cable has jumped its drum. That one test decides the whole repair, and it takes under a minute.
From there you get shown the part that failed before anything is replaced, and the price before the wrench. When a repair is not worth doing, we say so on the driveway rather than selling you the repair first and the replacement three months later.
