When you submit the booking form we collect the name, phone number and service you select, plus the email address and notes if you choose to add them. We also record the page the form was sent from and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on, so we know which pages produce calls.
How we use it
To contact you about the work you asked for, schedule the visit, and follow up about that job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the companies that run our scheduling and customer records on our behalf.
Calls and texts
Submitting the form means you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Bot protection
Form submissions pass through an automated bot check before they reach us. It looks at how the request was made rather than at who you are, and it exists to keep spam out of the queue so real requests are answered faster.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded Google map sets its own cookies when it loads, which are governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep job records for as long as we need them to service the work and meet our own record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a completed job.
